7 HALLOWEEN WEDDING INSPIRATIONS AND IDEAS
For me personally, the Halloween wedding is the best of the best. When I look at Halloween wedding gowns I just get so inspired...and the styles, gothic or traditional with a little Halloween flair thrown in, and my personal favorite, that black flower bridal bouquet. Halloween weddings can be spooky or elegant, or a combination of both, and that is where the fun comes in as the sky is the limit for designing your unique wedding the way you want it. While I personally love creating art and working on designs for Halloween wedding invitations, I can't help but be inspired by all the great Halloween wedding goodies and info online. Since I started following all of this Halloween wedding flow, I have watched more than my share of videos of weddings and photographs and I love the ideas people come up with. I thought I'd share some of that good stuff here, because I get a lot of ideas and inspiration for my designs and I'm sure you can also get the same for your wedding.

I'd like to congratulate this couple and I'm so glad there is video, a short clip, looks more like they made the local news...I think she looks great, not sure that's my style, but it is definitely theirs and I'm glad that they had their wedding their way. 2nd: Time to Check Out Some Pinterest Boards
Oh I admit, I'm addicted to Pinterest. For any creative and visual person (who's not?) it's eye candy, and sometimes you just can't look away...but I do get a lot of ideas and inspiration literally from my time spent there. Here's a little dose of some of the boards that I like over there.
The board below on the left again has some great fall wedding ideas, love the banner with leaves that says "falling in love". On the right is about food and drink and if you scroll down there are some interesting finds...like those chocolate skulls are beautiful...and below that are some interesting drinks and wedding cakes.
These last four boards are just all about those great wedding ideas and themes and have some beautiful pics. I'm a fan of the black, red and white combinations however elegant or spooky they are, and those dresses...some are, well, interesting, and some are just sooo gorgeous. The top board on the right check out that gothic vest for the groom...
3rd Up: Wedding Planner Talks About Planning A Couple's Wedding
I like this video because it gives some simple insight about planning a wedding, and this wedding planner does bring up a good point that sometimes is forgotten...as much as it is your special day, she reminds us it is also about the event and how your guests FEEL and what they will remember. The couple for this wedding wanted to tie-in to the Halloween theme but not in a "spooky" way, and it shows the atmosphere and the floral choices for the tables, which really look great together.
4th Up: Halloween Weddings via YouTube
This is one that you can spend a lot of time searching through, and let's face it, sometimes video doesn't quite capture the mood and atmosphere of actually being there. I do like the fact though that people share their weddings, and below you will find some Halloween themed weddings. The first video are pictures of what looked like just an incredible costume Halloween wedding...everyone just looked fabulous and really took this event to heart.
5th Up: Halloween Wedding Decorations DIY via YouTube
Sometimes the fun is in creating your own goodies for your wedding. Below are some videos that can give you ideas, especially if you cannot find just the look or color for your theme, you can do them yourself and probably save some money too!

This video has some great and easy ideas that look great...my favorite is the first one to make those great hanging white spiderweb orbs with spider decorations...easy and inexpensive, but the look fantastic. There are a few more projects here that are just as fun and may give your event that added extra touch.

Creating Your Own Custom Glass Spooky Bottles
This video features three bottles, but the last one (tall dark textured bottle) is really why I put this video here, she covers it with tissue paper first for texture, and it does look great when done! Thinking those bottles could also be nice for centerpieces or for decoration.

This is an easy and decorative way to make some Halloween decor and she puts tea light candles in them for effect...just uses a drinking glass (can get at the dollar store), a glue gun, some tissue paper, chalk, oh, and some paint! I was thinking if you put those little LED tea lights in the bottom (they don't get hot) you could also have black or red roses (or whatever your heart desires) coming out the top for table decorations.

Spooky Bleeding Eyeball Candles
For those of you who are going creepy, this is actually very clever and easily done...when lit the little eyeballs "bleed" red wax. Just love the jar filled with eyeballs - and very inexpensive to do!

6th Up: Halloween Wedding Music
Music is a very personal choice, but with Halloween you have even more options. Yep, there are folks who have compiled music for Halloween weddings and if you are in need of any ideas, you can always check them out!

7th Up: More than Your Usual - Halloween Spooky MakeUp
If you're going more traditional, you'll probably want to skip these, but if you're putting a little more spooky or flair into your makeup, these are excellent how-to videos. I think what really sets their work off is the use of colored contact lenses. If you're going the extra mile in a gothic or spooky themed wedding, these makeup tricks can give you some great tips and ideas.
